A quick and dirty implementation of a tool I strongly need.
I'm not a webdesigner, neither a UX analyst, but sometimes I need to decide the emcumbrance of the element on a page. I've found no prototyping software which give the simple funcionality to insert a percent and get an object of the proper size.
